Top 3 In-Demand Skills: 1) Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, 2) Analyse energy consumption & Communicate with construction crews, 3) Ensure compliance with construction project deadlines & Ensure compliance with legal requirements & Promote environmental awareness & Promote sustainability & Promote sustainable energy & Use technical drawing software & Work in a construction team.

📊 The Gap Analysis: Through the identified training courses, the partnership successfully covered 509 required skills, mapping out the remaining 163 skill gaps to address future VET training needs in the sector.
