Continuous Professional Training in Energy Efficiency

Technical vocational education and training (TVET) teachers, masters and professors of energy and electrical engineering, need to regularly upgrade their skills in order to keep up with the innovations emerging in the field. Therefore, teaching activity requires the assumption of responsibility for the continuous development of professional skills in relation to the imperatives of society, since the training of future specialists in the field depends on the level of training of teachers. The aim of this program is to develop teachers’ professional competences in the field of energy and electrical engineering, energy efficiency as well as the widespread use of renewable energy sources.
