AI and ICT Tools for a Student-Centered Classroom

Description

The main goal of this course is to inspire participants on how to effectively integrate ICT into their teaching, in a way that places the pupils at the center of the learning process. Participants will learn simple, tested, and effective examples from real school life on how to use technological devices and apps in education.
The course has been developed by trainers from Finland, where the new national curriculum emphasizes the use of ICT as a tool for student-centered and cross-curricular learning.
The course will explore the following topics: group work and cooperation in the Student-Centered Classroom, class management with Google Classroom, the different stages of the learning process, taking notes, the revision of learning, the rewarding systems, the collaboration between colleagues, coding, gaming, class breaks, the creation of teaching material , and presentations.
