Description

Dédalo is a specialised capacity building programme in business and management skills addressed to organisations and professionals from the habitat sector, including architecture, engineering, construction and heritage. The programme is designed primarily for SMEs and micro SMEs and aims to strengthen their competitiveness by developing the managerial capabilities of company leaders and key staff. It covers topics such as agile strategic planning, applied finance, leadership and team management, business growth and scaling, innovation and digital transformation, as well as marketing and communication. The training is delivered mainly online, using a highly practical methodology based on real business cases, live interactive sessions and networking activities among participants. The programme is structured in modules with live classes, masterclasses and practical exercises, and has a total duration of around 80 hours over approximately three months. By the end of the course, participants acquire a solid and integrated set of tools to improve decision making, drive innovation and lead change in construction and habitat related companies operating in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment.
