Description

This university microcredential provides specialised training in the industrialisation of construction, targeting professionals and advanced students in architecture, civil engineering and building who want to modernise construction processes. The programme introduces key concepts, systems and digital tools for industrialised and off site construction, including modular and prefabricated systems, component based architecture, public sector drivers and industrial design approaches. It places a strong emphasis on process efficiency, collaboration between stakeholders and the integration of digitalisation in planning and execution. Participants learn to analyse real case studies, evaluate the feasibility of industrialised solutions in different project contexts and design collaborative projects that integrate agile methodologies and interdisciplinary teamwork. The microcredential is delivered in a blended format and is worth 3 ECTS, providing a recognised university credential that supports upskilling and reskilling in emerging technical profiles within the habitat sector.
