TEAMIT+ EXPERT COURSE

Description

TEAMIT+ is a Europe-wide Erasmus+ educational initiative designed to empower young people aged 18–30 with skills in sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, and intercultural teamwork. The programme uses a “learning by creating” pedagogical approach that bridges formal education and real-world impact, supporting participants to generate actionable solutions to pressing environmental and social challenges. The curriculum is structured across three progressive modules. The first module focuses on understanding global issues such as climate change, circular economy, climate justice, and migration, fostering critical thinking, negotiation skills, and collaborative problem-solving through interactive workshops and simulations. The second module typically centres on intensive, hands-on innovation experiences such as the 24h of Innovation event, where multidisciplinary teams tackle real company challenges related to sustainability and present creative solutions. The final module enables selected participants to collaborate over several months to develop and validate impact-driven entrepreneurial projects, applying design thinking, market analysis, prototyping, and sustainable business modelling.
