ENTRAMAD is a specialised online training programme offered by Maderaula that provides comprehensive education in the design, calculation, prefabrication and assembly of lightweight timber frame structures. The programme is structured into integrated modules covering essential aspects of timber construction: understanding different construction systems, stages of design and fabrication, structural predimensioning and calculation, and the prefabrication and on-site assembly of timber components.
The training is delivered in a flexible online format with live classes and practical support, enabling professionals to acquire the knowledge necessary for planning and executing projects with timber framed elements. It addresses the needs of architects, engineers, carpenters, builders, and other construction professionals, providing skills to predimension and analyse structural elements, organise logistics of prefabrication and assembly, and apply sustainable building principles including energy-efficient design and use of biomaterials.
ENTRAMAD prepares participants for emerging technical roles in industrialised timber construction, aligning with market demand for skilled practitioners capable of contributing to low-carbon, efficient and modern building practices. The course promotes rapid employability by focusing on practical competencies and real construction scenarios.
