In an economic context characterized by accelerated digital transformation and operational automation, the postal communications sector is in the process of modernizing and expanding the range of services offered. This change involves the integration of digital solutions into current processes, the use of information technologies, the reorganization of workflows and the orientation towards efficiency, quality and accessibility for customers.
The program contributes to lifelong learning and supports the acquisition of professional and transversal skills necessary for personnel in the postal and economic sectors to respond to new technological and managerial requirements. The program is structured in course units that allow modular learning, adaptable to different learning rhythms and styles of adults, in accordance with the principle of educational flexibility promoted by the regulatory framework.
It is aimed at people who work or intend to work in the postal and economic fields, including those in the process of professional reconversion. Graduates will be able to use specific IT applications, contribute to the digitalization and automation of services, and efficiently manage technical, economic and organizational activities
