Overview
The programme addresses the structural barriers women face in accessing education and employment, especially in rural areas.

It combines tailored training, economic support, flexible schedules, and local business alliances to facilitate inclusive WBL.

Implemented nationwide in Spain.

Empower vulnerable women through inclusive training and employment pathways.

Promote equal access to sustainable jobs by reducing digital, logistical, and social barriers.
Implementation
Implemented via regional projects funded by national programmes. Each includes tailored itineraries, financial aid, gender-sensitive design, and partnerships with local employers.
