      The Skills Intelligence Monitoring System (๐—ฆ๐—œ๐— ๐—ฆ) seeks to provide up-to-date intelligence on the Skills Ecosystem, aligning VET offering with labour market needs, enabling new learning pathways, and supporting career guidance and workforce mobility in the Habitat Sector. 🏡

      During the first year of the SIMS, the HABITABLE project consortium decided to focus on two key areas: ๐—Ÿ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ช๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฑ ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป and ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜‚๐—ณ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜†.

      ☑️ TOP 3 most repeated skills: Use technical drawing software (1st); Adjust engineering designs (2nd); Operate 3D computer graphics software (3rd).

      With the training courses identified, the partnership managed to cover 277 skills of those identified as necessary, leaving only 69 to be covered (gaps).

      For the Green Transition in the Manufacturing Industry area, the training offers identified provide full coverage of all the skills deemed necessary in the initial assessment.
