The HABITABLE Project aims to reinforce Business Educational Partnerships (BEPs) by promoting qualifications aligned with market needs. On September 16 and 17 and October 1, online sessions brought together 10 BEPs from 5 partner countries (Austria, Greece, Moldova, Portugal and Spain) to share and discuss innovative concepts and the best practices on continuing vocational training. From Portugal, two initiatives were highlighted: ✔️ 𝗜𝗣𝗡 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 (https://www.ipn.pt/incubadora): At the IPN incubator, companies in their early years benefit from conditions that facilitate access to the scientific and technological system and an environment that provides opportunities to expand their knowledge in areas such as quality, management, marketing, and contact with national and international markets; ✔️ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗨𝗔 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (https://www.ua.pt/pt/continua): The Center for Lifelong Learning (continUA) is a center for promotion, scientific, pedagogical, and administrative coordination. It also supports learning and research activities on lifelong education, for both traditional and non-traditional audiences, at the University of Aveiro (UA). Through this collaboration, HABITABLE strengthens the link between education and business, contributing to a more dynamic and future-oriented learning ecosystem.
