This inclusive digital area is dedicated to making work-based learning (WBL) more accessible, inclusive, and equitable for all learners. It serves as a hub for VET providers, educators, businesses and policymakers to find resources, best practices, and strategies to ensure that high-quality WBL experiences are open to diverse groups, including individuals with disabilities, disadvantaged backgrounds, and underrepresented communities.
The work-based learning for ALL Space offers resources, guidance, and support tools to help VET providers and employers implement inclusive WBL models that address different learning needs. It also facilitates updated information and discussions aimed at overcoming barriers to participation in workplace learning. By promoting equal access to high-quality WBL experiences, this space contributes to a more diverse, skilled, and resilient workforce, ensuring that no learner is left behind in the transition toward a greener and more digital economy.

Digital platform providing access to a curated collection of successful initiatives and strategies to promote social inclusion in work-based learning (WBL). The Bank of Good Practices serves as a resource hub for educators, businesses, and policymakers, showcasing effective approaches to integrating disadvantaged and underrepresented groups into vocational education and training. By sharing proven methods, the bank fosters more inclusive and equitable WBL opportunities, ensuring that all learners can access quality training and employment pathways
Reference document providing practical guidelines and strategies to ensure that apprenticeships are accessible, inclusive, and equitable for all learners. The recommendations aim to support educators, businesses, and policymakers in creating apprenticeship programs that actively include individuals from disadvantaged or underrepresented backgrounds. By fostering diversity and equal opportunities, they contribute to a more inclusive and skilled workforce.
