This initiative aims to boost the building of successful Business-Education Partnerships, fostering stronger and more dynamic collaborations between VET providers and businesses. By bridging the gap between education and industry, the incubator facilitates the co-creation of curricula, work-based learning opportunities, and upskilling programs tailored to the evolving demands of the labor market.
Through structured cooperation frameworks, the incubator supports apprenticeships, internships, and innovation-driven training models that enhance employability and workforce adaptability, particularly in response to digitalization and sustainability challenges. It also serves as a platform for dialogue between educators and industry leaders, ensuring that training programs remain relevant and future-proof. By fostering these synergies, the incubator contributes to a more skilled, competitive, and resilient workforce, ultimately driving economic growth and sustainable development within the Habitat sector.
The incubator is supported by two processes:
Dedicated space for the Incubator of Business-Education Partnerships within the CoVEs Online Collaborative Space.
All the good practices, resources and tools identified or generated by the Incubator are included at the Online Digital Database of good practices and resources on building Business-Education Partnerships
