Die Community of Practice in Work-Based Learning (WBL) Excellence ist eine Schl\u00fcsselinitiative im Rahmen des HABITABLE-Projekts, die darauf abzielt, qualitativ hochwertige, integrative und innovative Work-Based-Learning-Erfahrungen in der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung (VET) zu f\u00f6rdern. Diese Gemeinschaft bringt P\u00e4dagogen, Unternehmen, politische Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger und andere Interessengruppen zusammen, um bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren auszutauschen, gemeinsam Strategien zu entwickeln und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Industrie und Bildungsanbietern zu verbessern. <\/p>

Durch die F\u00f6rderung des Dialogs und des Wissensaustauschs zielt die Community of Practice darauf ab, die Kompetenzentwicklung zu verbessern und sicherzustellen, dass die Lernenden Kompetenzen erwerben, die auf die sich entwickelnden Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes abgestimmt sind, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit der Digitalisierung und der Nachhaltigkeit. Sie unterst\u00fctzt die Schaffung von strukturierten, qualitativ hochwertigen Ausbildungspl\u00e4tzen und Lernm\u00f6glichkeiten am Arbeitsplatz und tr\u00e4gt so zu einer st\u00e4rkeren und widerstandsf\u00e4higeren Erwerbsbev\u00f6lkerung bei. Dar\u00fcber hinaus spielt sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der \u00dcberbr\u00fcckung der Kluft zwischen Bildung und Industrie, bei der F\u00f6rderung von Innovationen und bei der Sicherstellung der wirksamen Umsetzung der Berufsbildungspolitik in ganz Europa. <\/p>
