𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲?
The 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 is an initiative developed by the European Commission to strengthen high-quality education, training, and lifelong learning across Europe. Its aim is to boost both basic and advanced skills, offer opportunities for continuous upskilling and reskilling, support recruitment across EU countries, and attract, develop, and retain top talent within the continent.

The 𝗛𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 is proud to contribute to this important initiative. As part of our efforts, we are identifying skills gaps at European level — specifically in relation to the 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 within the 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻. This assessment will enable our partnership and other VET (Vocational Education and Training) institutions to better respond to market demands in the near future.
