The Network & Telecommunications Technician training program equips students with the necessary skills to install, maintain, and manage data networks in both public and private sectors. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics such as computer architecture, operating systems, data communications, network management, telecommunications, and network security. The program includes practical applications, allowing students to gain hands-on experience in real-world work environments. The training is divided into five semesters, with subjects ranging from basic computer science and algorithms to advanced networking and telecommunication technologies. Key modules include mobile telecommunications, network installation, and security protocols. The program culminates in a 960-hour internship, providing students with the opportunity to apply their skills in industry settings, leading to immediate job opportunities. Graduates can pursue careers as network administrators, telecommunication technicians, and IT support specialists, in organizations using information systems or manufacturing and supporting IT products. Additionally, graduates can continue their studies at British universities or within Greece.
