Digital technologies for construction

Description

Digitalization in construction involves incorporating and leveraging advanced technologies (in design, management, and project control) to optimize both construction and administrative processes.
This includes tools such as specialized real estate software, digital project management platforms, real-time information systems, and the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), among others. Ultimately, digitalization in construction implies a complete transformation of the traditional model toward integrated and connected processes through technology, eliminating information barriers and facilitating a constant and up-to-date flow of data.
Digital transformation in the construction sector is no longer just a trend, but a reality that paves the way for efficiency and sustainability for modern companies in the sector. Digitizing processes through advanced technologies allows companies to face current challenges and successfully anticipate future demands.
Furthermore, numerous opportunities exist today, such as the use of Artificial Intelligence or Augmented Reality, modeling systems, drones that continuously provide data, management software, and more.
