This dedicated digital environment within the SKILLS HUB has been designed to support VET learners, VET professionals and employees in navigating their professional development across the Habitat sector. It combines innovative tools and resources that promote informed career decision‑making, upskilling and reskilling opportunities, and personalised guidance.
The Career Guidance Space empowers users to assess their current skillsets, explore emerging career pathways, and take strategic steps towards future‑proof employment in green and digital roles. It also reinforces inclusive guidance services, tailored to diverse learner needs and professional contexts. To this end, the space provides access to the HABITABLE products listed below.
This AI‑powered tool provides personalised career recommendations within the Habitat sector. By analysing user profiles, such as skills, interests and learning history, the Assistant identifies potential career paths, skill gaps, and relevant training offers, in connection with other project results: Sector Map of Jobs and Skills and Training Offer Panel.
It helps learners and workers make strategic decisions, supports trainers in mentoring, and enhances employability by aligning individual aspirations with sector trends and labour market dynamics.
This reference document is a practical resource for VET trainers, guidance counsellors and career advisors working within the Habitat ecosystem. It offers structured methodologies, toolkits and examples on how to use the SKILLS HUB products to support inclusive, learner‑centred career guidance.
The handbook also promotes equity and accessibility by equipping professionals with actionable strategies to support disadvantaged groups, foster diversity, and ensure smooth transitions across learning and employment pathways.
